Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property. It is a perfect spot for a visiting professor, travel nurse or other professional seeking a temporary stay away from the fray of the University or downtown. Please note this is a one bedroom unit with one queen size bed.

Perfect for a staycation or visiting college graduates! We have a fully-equipped kitchen area, free washer and dryer, and a patio area to relax. The neighborhood is very peaceful and there is free access to parking. We look forward to hosting y'all :)

The backyard is fenced with lots of mature trees to provide shade and privacy. The front half of the backyard is landscaped but the back half is still a work in progress.
