In the winter, when the leaves have dropped, you have stunning mountain views; in the summer, it feels like living in a lush forest tree house.

Our condo is in a great location in Telluride. Ski lifts are just across the river. The town shuttle stops out front and we are on the river trail connecting to downtown, hiking and biking trails and the beautiful valley floor. Grocery store, liquor store, and our favorite Thai restaurant are just a minute's walk. There are hot tubs and a sauna to relax in after playing in the mountains. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. These condos have beautiful park like open space.

Situated in the quiet West side of town, this private ground floor end unit has free 1st come/1st serve parking on-site (I have never had a guest tell me that parking was a problem) and is only a 2 minute walk to chairlift 7. Telluride's historic Main Street business core is a 3 block walk or ride the free town bus which runs every 10 minutes. (Telluride business license #00026) Pets are not allowed. Under Airbnb guidelines the no pet policy includes registered emotional support animals.

Situated in the northwest (sunny side) of Telluride, this studio has all the comfort you need in a great location! Park your car and don't drive again until you check out. Steps to everything. STR 2020-20 This BRAND NEW, modern yet cozy top floor apartment in the heart of Ridgway's Historic District occupies the second floor of a two story building. The apartment is ideal for a couple with 2 children- bathroom includes a tub and shower. The master bedroom has a brand new King Size Remote Controlled Adjustable Bed. The second bedroom contains a trundle bed in which the two beds can be separated or pushed together for one big bed. Please see photos of second bedroom.

Our south facing, cozy, private hotel room sits at the base of Chair 7, gets ample sunshine and is ski-in/ ski-out. It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. This warm, small suite includes a kitchenette and shared hot tub (closed until Oct. 30) situated on the San Miguel River where you can enjoy the Colorado night sky or serenades of the stream. Norwood Home near Telluride, Ridgway, Ouray

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with all amenities located in a scenic countryside setting. Driving distance from Telluride, Ouray, Ridgway. Great for family vacations, hunting trips, hiking, and biking. This house is for rent nightly or weekly. We can not accommodate any pets. Please note that the base price is for 2 guests; additional guests are $30 each. We do keep track of the number of guests in the house, simply because we care about our home.

San Miguel River Get-Away - Easy Drive toTelluride

I love this "Down Valley " area of Telluride. It is a 17 minutes drive up river to downtown Telluride. Our riverfront deck sits right on the San Miguel. If you leave your bedroom window open you can hear it all night long. Being at 7500 feet, Fall Creek, is also nicer if you want an easy altitude adjustment! The unit modernly decorated with 900 generous square feet for two persons.
