This upscale Beach House is ON THE BEACH in a quiet & secluded area of Cozumel Island only 150 feet from the caribbean sea. Breathtaking views await you. You will have all the comforts of home: Bose sound system, Netflix and Wifi... bring your work with you and stay for a while! We have beach clubs on to the left and right of us. You will not have to walk far for food and drinks. On the roof is a party palapa, which you have full access too. It is shared with the other condo in the building.

My property's name is Suites Turquesa #131. Great for snorkeling, diving and swimming. Located in the most quiet and exclusive area of the island. Walking distance to center plaza of town along the romantic Malecon. 15 minutes away to all of the best restaurants and shops. Away from the cruise ships tourism and traffic. There is parking out front for your car rental, you also have a biking and jogging lane separate from the main road. I consider it a privilege for you to choose my property.
