The Curious Little Cottage

This former 19th century stable hand quarters (Built in 1880) has been remodeled into a modern studio. Filled with curious tidbits, mind bending puzzles and unique creations it will provide a wonderful little cozy getaway. Tucked away in the back corner of the property you can enjoy the privacy of a cabin in the middle of town. Charming historic bungalow located just outside of the buzz of downtown Tulsa. Enjoy the perks of staying in a comfy house yet still having quick access to activities of downtown & access to the IDL (inner downtown loop highway) less than a mile away. This one bedroom house has a front porch, full bath, Wi-Fi, smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace, shelves of books to enjoy and a fenced in back yard. BOK and Gathering Place are very close. And super easy checkout requirements!

The Apartment Away

We welcome you to The Apartment Away from busy city streets with private entry, just outside of Owasso. Your private entrance opens to a living room with smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with island, and laundry room. The spacious bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Heated and cooled attached sunroom is great for watching wildlife. We are on 2 wooded acres just a couple miles from shops and stores, in a safe and quiet country neighborhood.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Full kitchen, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, relaxing deck on the back, outside dining beside a peaceful Koi pond and waterfall. For those chilly evenings there is a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

A few houses from Midtown’s pickle ball courts, you’ll find the Ivy Cottage. Charm and character are the highlight of this adorable property. The oversized sectional is the perfect place to cozy up and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV. Or serve dinner in the dining room with French doors that open to the patio. In the back you’ll find a hot tub, smart TV, couch, dart board, wine fridge, cornhole, etc. Plush beds await when you’re ready to call it a night. *Fireplace is not working.

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!
