The Green Bean Bungalow

Kick back and relax at The Green Bean Bungalow (400 sq ft) with peaceful waterfront views of Back Bay Sandbridge. This tiny home comes with full bay access (paddleboard provided), community pools (seasonal), tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, playground, a short distance to the beach (beach chairs & beach/pool towels included) and local restaurants. Sandbridge Studio

Enjoy a stylish quaint studio experience perfect for 2 with beach around the corner and bay water surrounding the property. The cozy newly remodeled ground level studio is located just 0.3 mile (5 minute walk) to the beach. Lots of natural light with two bay facing windows; you may just catch a beautiful sunset while relaxing inside the studio or strolling down our quiet street in Sandbridge. While the studio has a private entrance from outside, it is attached to our main house (see details) .

The resort is located right on the beach, so no roads to cross to get to the ocean and our spectacular beach. Our condo is bayside, with beautiful water views of the protected waters of the Back Bay. Trident Cottage

Trident Cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home situated on a waterfront lot on Back Bay….the beach is a quick 5 minute walk across the street. We include at no extra charge, everything needed for a vacation at the beach! All linens, beach towels, beach cart, chairs, and cooler. Just bring your swim suit and flip flops! I provide you with 2 beach cruiser bikes at no extra charge. Resort amenities are available for your use. 2 pools, playground and pickleball court!

Ocean Escape

Ocean Escape, 4th floor condo in the luxuriously upscale Sanctuary Resort at False Cape in Virginia Beach, Virginia, breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay and is a leisurely 100 step stroll to the beautiful beach and surf. Beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, boogie boards and two beach cruiser bikes. Community pool area, lounge furniture, and stainless steel gas grills. The elevator is just across from dedicated parking spot.
