You can enjoy amazing walks by the beach each morning, a shared dock, shared swimming pool that is hardly ever busy and 300' of front beach that the community has to offer. Very kid friendly yet amazing for couples as well. close to everything else, airport, grocery store.

Esta es la Vida (“This is the Life!”) is a brand new five bedroom ocean front luxury villa. Cathedral ceilings and accordion glass doors blur the lines between your indoor and outdoor space. This fully furnished home is perfect for a couple or small family up to 4. We do not allow stays over 28 days.

It has a fully appointed stainless steel kitchen and private stone bath. It features a queen bed, A/C, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. It is one building back from the beach so within approximately 35 steps your toes hit the beautiful sand. This is our smallest island style villa on the property at 13x16 - 205 sq. ft.
