Florida Beach Cottage

Family friendly beach house within walking distance to surf beach inlet and town. Equiped with bedding, towels, etc or can bring own. Porta cot available, but need to bring own linen for this . Pets are welcome, with a fenced yard. Please be thoughtful and clean up after your pets. BBQ in shady back garden for outside entertainment. Read blue folder onkitchen bench Min booking 3 nights Public holidays. Other times min2 night bookings. Check in time is anytime after 2pm. Check out time is 10am.

Hampton beach house Cowes

Come and stay in our new Hampton Style Beach house in Philip Island, Cowes. It has 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, and well-behaved pets are welcome. We have recently installed a new kitchen, new euro laundry, and 2 new bathrooms, and transformed the rear deck into an alfresco/dining for 8. The front veranda includes separate meals and seating areas which are a standout feature of this charming property. The block is fully fenced and includes a double garage/games room.

Holiday home with water views, carport, 1 very large bedroom, 2 average sized bedrooms. Pets allowed, please note that fencing on some boundary's is only 1.2m high. Set on a large, beautiful gum tree block , only a 300m stroll to Ventnors calm and pristine beach, a 5 min walk to the Anchorage General store, your family will love the convenience of both. There is a huge deck to entertain on and a fully fenced, grass backyard with a swing for the kids to enjoy. BBQ, linen and bath towels are included.
