It is very private , yet Starbucks is right next door. Private entry and off street parking. This space has everything you need full kitchen, washer&dryer, queen size bed and fold out couch , plus a Play and Pack for the Littles. We've dubbed this stunning, fully detached studio the "Lighthouse" because of the way natural light pours through the 550-square-foot studio's many windows and dances off its walls and vaulted ceilings. An open loft offers soothing views. We are tucked into the Westmoreland neighborhood's quiet residential area, but are only a five minute walk from more than 20 restaurants and entertainment features. Westmoreland Park, Reed College and downtown Portland are just minutes away by car.

This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.

Relax on the deck built into the trees, and sleep peacefully in the loft bed, as you soak in the nature around you. The cute out house is just down the path and the cedar hot tub/ outdoor shower is next to the garden.

Lovely cottage in SE Portland neighborhood. Bright and quiet. Easy, free parking. Nice park at the end of the block with skateboard park, soccer field, basketball court, and playground. Great public transportation: 2 frequent bus lines within 1.5 blocks. By car, 15 minutes to downtown Portland, 30 minutes to Multnomah Falls, and 1 hour to Mt Hood skiing!
