Charming and Serene 1919 Escape

**Please read before booking** Share leisurely dinners under the ornate metal gazebo at a light-flooded residence brimming with character. The soothing shades of gray at this private, split-level (living room, bathroom, and kitchen upstairs, bedroom downstairs) 800 square foot guest house lead to tranquility and rest amongst the fragrant, climbing roses of the private garden. Please note there are two sets of stairs in this apartment. **In light of COVID-19, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures to ensure the safety of our guests. If you have any additional questions, please ask.** This guesthouse is a gorgeous split-level guest house in the Liberty Wells neighborhood. On the top floor is a lounge area, full kitchen, and newly renovated bathroom. On the bottom floor is the bedroom with a king-size bed. There is also a queen-size air mattress and a pack-N-play to accommodate any number of guests. You will have access to the entire guest house. We can be available to you, should you need us. While you may not see us you will probably meet our Scottish Terrier, Tater, in the yard! Liberty Wells is just south of downtown Salt Lake City. A mile-long walk or drive reaches Liberty Park and the 9th district, which is peppered with unique restaurants and shops, while Alchemy Coffee and vintage shops are just a few blocks away. Walking is very easy. However, a car can be helpful depending on what you plan to do. There is a bus stop a block away that will take you around the city. And Lyft or Uber will can take you just about anywhere for less than $10. A couple things we've heard from former guests: -There are stairs in the apartment, and because it was built in 1919, they are narrow. There is a hand railing. -The bedroom and bathroom are on separate floors. -We are located at the end of a dead end street, which makes parking challenging. We have a certain neighbor who is very vocal about "his parking spot," in front of his home; however, it is all public street parking. -Because the building was built in 1919, guests have tripped the breaker when too many appliances were plugged in at once. We recommend using one appliance at a time.

Close to parks. Located adjacent to I-215. There are 2 sides to the guesthouse with a laundry room that separates each unit.

Central location-- (5 min—Sugarhouse), (10 min—Downtown) (15 min—Airport) and (20-30 min—Ski slopes/great hiking) Upstairs private entrance, 3/4 bathroom, kitchenette (excluding oven and dishwasher), and high end bed/bedding. Outdoor private parking in the driveway is available. The apartment is located above the garage of the main house in our super safe, charming neighborhood.

This is a detached guest house! Private access, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 queen bed and sofa pull out. Close to little cottonwood canyon and public transport. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, family/kids! I live in the house next door, and I'm a great area guide! I can show you around town, the mountains and give you all the good details about making your ski trip a memorable one!- or complete privacy if that’s what you prefer.

Mountain/Town Guest House

Our guest house is located in the heart of Holladay with walking distances to shops and restaurants and quick drives to Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon and Millcreek Canyon for skiing and hiking. It's an 18 min drive to downtown Salt Lake City but you might not need it because Holladay is so quaint and offers so much. You can't beat this location and with the studio being so comfortable with a full kitchen and soft beds you might not want to leave.

Updated basement apartment located very close to the little cottonwood canyon (not handicap accessible). 15 min walking from ski bus station that goes to Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon. Walking distance to many businesses like pharmacy, grocery store, liquor store, fast food and restaurants. Open floor concept with its own separate entrance. It has large living area, large bedroom and large bathroom. It’s about 1000 sq ft.
