For Short Parties Venture to the Hobbit Hole for an additional 1 Queen, 2 Twins, & 1 fold-out Futon in front of a 55 Inch tv. The Hobbit Hole is Eco Friendly. We saved material and kept the ceilings just 6 feet tall! Giant for a hobbit! Tall ones duck! Again Short Ceilings in basement!

This 1913 cottage is in a large backyard behind the main house. It is a nice place to stay if you are visiting family in the area, but want your own space. The cottage in a very quiet neighborhood with cafes and a book shop right around the corner. It is also a mile from Sugarhouse Park and the Sugarhouse business district. We are 4 miles from downtown and 30 - 50 miles to the mountains and 9 nine different ski resorts. It is about 5 minutes to the freeway depending on traffic.
