The Studio is a moderate sized living quarters set up purposely for lounging, relaxing, personal entertainment and rest. Set within the compound of a historical property (The Box T Ranch built in 1902), the studio is the perfect home plate for all your Southern Arizona adventures. It includes an amazing king size bed, comfortable furnishings, a 57" Sony TV, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, 2 person walk in shower and an AC unit. We are within 5 minute walking distance into town. Perfect getaway!

Welcome to the new Arroyo Boutique hotel suites. The Arroyo is a part of Southern Arizona history, providing hospitality to guests for over 50 years. You’ll love our place because the views are great and the beds are extremely comfortable.

Located in the beautiful town of Rio Rico. Just a few minutes from the Mexican border and from the art community at Tubac. A few blocks from a beautiful walking trail, gymnasium and several churches. This private apartment has all the amenities you need for a short or long stay.
