Beautiful apartment in a new modern luxury complex in Palm Mar. It has everything that you need for a comfortable stay: charming bedroom with a large bed (1.80m), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine etc.), high speed Wi Fi, Smart TV. One parking place is available also. You will feel cozy on a big and quiet south facing terrace (24m2) with large sofa enjoying nice view of the National reserve and ocean in private and romantic atmosphere away from prying eyes. The view of sunset is also magnificent here. The living room is spacious and comfortable, large sofa with many pillows can be easily transformed into a comfortable double bed. There is a beautiful garden in the inner court of the complex and if you wish you can visit fitness center, also you can swim in one of two heated swimming pools or just burn under the sun. There is a supermarket, fruteria and Italian restaurants just across the street and a great amount of restaurants, bars, cafe on walking distance from the complex. You are very welcome!

Es ideal para conocer la ciudad a pie. Buena comunicación autobuses, taxis, próximo a parada de tranvía. A escasos metros del apartamento hay un parking público 24 horas .
