The house was designed to provide independent spaces for each of the members of the family or guests, connected by a hallway that brings you to the living/kitchen and outdoor area. Every room has its own bathroom, outdoor shower and an outdoor patio/garden where you can sit and enjoy the latest book you picked. This 1-bedroom private villa is located on a hill in the centre of General Luna, Siargao, offering magnificent views over rice fields and palm trees, yet minutes away from the heart of the town. Relax in the private infinity pool, admire the views, and enjoy the luxurious furnishing that will make your holiday truly special. We are located 3 minutes away from the famous Cloud 9 wave, and 5 minutes away from the main road with most restaurants. Our villa is equipped with a power generator.

The self-contained and furnished unit is equipped with a private kitchenette and large fridge, cooking and dining equipment, lots of storage space, a TV and its own private toilet and shower (with hot water). The gated and fenced compound is a safe and tranquil space to relax from an active day of surfing or exploring General Luna. If you work online, the fast fiber internet will allow you to work from home as well, either in the air-conditioned living area or in the covered patio outdoors.
