This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is great for families and comes with a brand-new golf cart, incredible amenities, and it's situated right across the street from “The Big Chill”! The Prominence community features 2 Resort style pools, outdoor space, outdoor grills, and easy access to the beach.

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, the people and the location. This guest house is located in a gated community just steps from the beach with a community pool across from the home. Beach is 700 steps from front door along a paved sidewalk to private beach access for the neighborhood. The Carriage House is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and solo adventurers. Need more room? We have a larger home on property that sleeps 11.

‘Flip Flops in Paradise’ is a great two bedroom two bathroom bungalow located in the heart of Seagrove, just a few blocks away from beautiful beaches! This newly renovated bungalow is fully furnished, has all the charm and feel of a relaxing ultimate vacation at the beach. Come and enjoy this fabulous 30A location (close to absolutely everything), includes community swimming, pool and grills for grilling out located at the pool area as well. Minimum rental age is 25.

Historic Smith House, authentic cottage

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during the Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.
