Welcome to East Bay Getaway, a private studio nestled in the woods. This clean and comfortable room with private entrance is a MIL suite attached to your host's home, on more than an acre. It features a kitchenette (no stove), high-speed WiFi, 32" smart TV, and dedicated HVAC system. Plenty of outdoor space, with a large pool and hot tub in the shared, privacy fenced backyard. A bike/walk path is directly across the street, which goes for miles either direction. 3- burner BBQ grill - NEW for 25!

There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Beautiful and underneath live oaks and old magnolias, The Cottage was built in October 2015 in a quiet family neighborhood. The decor is "Southern-Coastal". *We live on the property next door. NO water access. The Cottage is located 5 minutes from putting your toes in the bay at Naval Live Oaks. It is 10 minutes from the gorgeous white sands of Pensacola Beach or eating some of the Gulf Coast most delicious seafood.
