When you stay at this centrally-located place, your family will be close to everything. The home is ranch-style and located on the canal in a fast-growing beachy community. Minimum stairs if you walk down to the canal. Take advantage of the local golf course which is minutes from the home. Enjoy the beautiful weather, shopping, and the local beaches (Navarre, Pensacola, and Destin) then come home to relax in your home away from home. We do not host parties or special events. Cool the day off in our backyard SITTING POOL, or read a book in our 7 ft SITTING WINDOW. Watch the pines sway through our living room observing windows or have friends over for dinner at our outdoor dining area! No matter the reason, the Pine House is for you!

Close to restaurants and shopping, modern décor, smart home, garage parking. Pool added in June in 2024. Extended Patio added in September 2024, 8 ft privacy fence added in December 2024. The bay is a 5 minute walk and it's a five minute drive to the Navarre Bridge where our sugar white sand beaches and beautiful water views for miles await you. This 3 BR each with a TV and 3.5 bathroom home features plenty of space for a family or couples to spread out, including a large back deck with grill and huge covered front porch.

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
