We have 2 internet service providers on the property with 200 mgs of wifi each, all routers backed up with batteries for potential outages. We are pet friendly and offer laundry service for a fee

There are 4 other apartments on the same property as Ginger. Ginger is private from the other apartments. There is a main gate in to the property and another gate leading to Ginger. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. The space is ideal for 2 adults but there is a small sofa bed for a kid.
