Este apartamento tem 130 m2, dividido por 2 quartos de dormir, cozinha, sala e quarto de jantar comuns, 2 casas de banho (uma delas privativa do quarto 1) e 3 varandas. Tem estacionamento privado, no prédio. O apartamento está exposto a sul, podendo desfrutar de excelentes vistas sobre a cidade e sobre a baía do Funchal. Está perto do centro, junto a uma pastelaria e não longe de restaurantes, museus,etc.

A warm welcome can be expected by guests who stay in our newly renovated spacious studio apartment. With its own private entrance and balcony, superb seaside and mountain views, is comfortably furnished with super king size bed (can be changed to two single beds if required), kitchen area and en-suite shower facilities. Set in a rural village it is ideal for walkers, painters, birdwatchers, and those who love the countryside. Approximately three minutes walk from tidal pool and beach.

Bem-vindos a Casa do Miradouro-2, localizado na pequena cidade de Santa cruz, uma das mais antigas povoações do arquipélago, junto à costa e com vistas incríveis para o mar e montanhas, um espaço acolhedor e com muita privacidade. Esta acomodação é composta por quarto, banheiro, cozinha, sala, terraço com vista mar e montanha e estacionamento gratuito. Um excelente ponto de partida para explorar a ilha. Em Santa cruz encontra uma variedade de serviços, bares, restaurantes, cafés e praia.

O Apartamento está localizado no coração da Cidade, com fácil acesso a pé a supermercados, pastelarias, restaurantes e com um fantástico parque mesmo em frente, o Parque de Sta Catarina. Está tudo pensado para que se sinta confortável e estarei sempre disponível para dar o meu apoio no que for necessário. Espero que me comuniquem qualquer situação que possa acontecer durante a estadia , de forma a que eu possa resolve-la, pois tudo o que quero é que levem boas recordações das vossas férias.

The cozy and completely renovated apartment is ideal for couples who want to visit and enjoy the great Madeira Island. Located in Canico de Baixo, with a great balcony and a nice view, close to the public beach of Reis Magos. In walking distance you will find restaurants, bars, mini-markets, a bakery and car rental. The bus stop to Funchal (main city) is two minutes walk-distance and the airport 10/15 minutes by car. For any advice or help you can contact me at any time.

Apartment ideal for 4 guests, where you have all the privacy. It features a bedroom, a furnished terrace and Wi-Fi. The place is perfect to relax after a day of walking. Lie down on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the amenities offered, including a TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, radio and CD player. The kitchen is equipped to prepare your meal. Résidencia Jesus - 单间公寓

The flat is very close to the town centre with WiFi, there are restaurant and a backery very close by. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. For couples traveling with a baby or toddler we can provide a cot. NOTE: From June 2024, there is a new law that requires all hosts to collect a tourism tax per guest (over 13 years old) per night 2€ with a maximum limit of 7 nights.
