Olá! Somos a Sónia, Élio e a nossa filha Beatriz. O nosso objetivo é tornar as vossas férias inesquecíveis!! Sejam bem vindos à nossa casa!! A "casinha da Beatriz" está localizada em Santana, terra das casas típicas, ex-libris e cartaz turístico da ilha da Madeira. Eram casas compostas por um sotão, onde se guardavam os produtos agrícolas, e piso térreo com a área habitacional. Reconstruímos uma destas "casinhas"típicas, datada de 1950, com todo o conforto dos tempos atuais. Tem vista mar/serra.

Palheiro Jardim Avó Graça

O mar e o serra tão perto de Si . A Natureza no seu Melhor. Este local mostra como era o típico de Abrigo dos antigos pastores aqui na Ilha Madeira chamado Palheiro. Tinha como função ser o abrigo para o Pastor / agricultor colocar os animais e guardar os produtos tirados da terra e respectiva comida para os mesmos, como gado bovino e caprino, era um local sem grandes recursos, muito simples. O Palheiro do Jardim da Avó Graça está LIGEIRAMENTE adaptado para a nossa atualidade. É Local Rústico.

Near the house there is also a minimarket, where you can meet Mr. José, ask for the local drink, and get to know a bit more about Boaventura.

The flat is very close to the town centre with WiFi, there are restaurant and a backery very close by. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. For couples traveling with a baby or toddler we can provide a cot. NOTE: From June 2024, there is a new law that requires all hosts to collect a tourism tax per guest (over 13 years old) per night 2€ with a maximum limit of 7 nights.
