Casa do Lado - "Rio" Room

Casa do Lado is a family house working as a Bed and Breakfast, a project managed by Mariana and Tomás, brother and sister. They were born and raised in the southwest of Alentejo region. Every morning breakfast I served by either Mariana or Tomás. Additionally there is option for dinner cooked by Mariana some nights of the week, get in touch to make a reservation. Suite Rio is located on the first floor, it is our room with less area, but has a small private Balcony.

The house was fully rebuilt by the owner, an interior architect, maintaining its core characteristics. The whiteness of its walls, the irregular steps made of shale, the hand painted wooden materials, all work together to make this house a very charming and cozy place.
