There are plenty of entertainment options nearby including malls, bowling, restaurants, movie theaters, and parks. Free washer and dryer after 3 nights stay. This is a new apartment (built in 2016) to include private parking with remote electric gate and security cameras.

Singular y exquisita Casa Colonial del siglo XVII ubicada en el emblemático barrio de Santa Bárbara, en pleno corazón de la Zona Colonial de la ciudad de Santo Domingo Cercana a la ribera del Ozama y los restos del muro de La Negreta donde desembarcaban de esclavos del comercio antillano, esta casa-taller en la que se reparaban los buques mercantes perteneció a la familia Coraza hasta el año 2000, cuando fue adquirida por el galerista Manuel Bolós.
