The Green Valley House é um apartamento de construção em pedra,do ano 1932,situado em São Vicente-Costa Norte, a 1.3 km do mar e a 2 km da antiga Floresta Laurissilva, classificada como Património Mundial. O apartamento situa-se no rés-do-chão da casa. Esta habitação caracteriza-se pela tranquilidade e harmonia com a natureza. É possível praticar caminhadas nas proximidades. Modern studio in the sunny and serene, sunny village of Jardim do Mar, south west of Madeira Island. Studio G features an open plan design with kitchenette, lounging area with TV (with Netflix), a cozy king sized bed, a spacious bathroom and a private south facing balcony with ocean and pool view. We provide free Wi-Fi and free parking (the property is a minute walk from the village's centre and the main free parking lot). .

Villa CASA DO MAR is close to the sea. The house was newly renovated in 2023 and has two floors with a total of three apartments. All of our apartments have sea views, king size beds, a kitchen or kitchenette, free WiFi and parking in front of the house. The house was equipped with a modern photovoltaic system and a heat pump. Wherever possible, natural materials were used in the bedrooms (e.g. cotton bed linen).

- Superb view over the sea - Queen size bed - 5 minutes by foot to café and bakery, 10min walking down to Câmara de Lobos (historical fisherman village with nice restaurants, supermarkets etc) -15 min by car to Funchal - 10 min by car to Cabo Girão viewpoint - Can advice guests about the weather and choose hikings in the mountains - I am very happy to give all the support and information to the guests.

Four beautifully designed and sustainably built studios share the property with an infinity pool, social areas and luxurious plantations hosting hundreds of different tropical fruits, planted on traditional agricultural terraces hand crafted in basalt stone.
