Katie's Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Full kitchen, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, cable TV, wifi, relaxing deck on the back, outside dining beside a peaceful Koi pond and waterfall. For those chilly evenings there is a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

This former 19th century stable hand quarters (Built in 1880) has been remodeled into a modern studio. Filled with curious tidbits, mind bending puzzles and unique creations it will provide a wonderful little cozy getaway. Tucked away in the back corner of the property you can enjoy the privacy of a cabin in the middle of town. Curious little cottage is only eight blocks from Tulsa Fairgrounds, minutes away from shopping downtown and the blue dome district.

Cozy Western Studio near Expo Center and Downtown

This adorable little western studio is located centrally in Midtown, Tulsa. Very close to The Gathering Place, Downtown, and the Expo Event Center. Bring back some old Tulsa history by staying in this private cozy guest suite with a full kitchen, updated bathroom, and electric fireplace. Pets may be allowed on a case to case basis ( preferably small pets only). Please note: the sofa bed has been replaced with a queen size bed ( much comfier )

Luxury Bell Tent at Three Ponds Community

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique space. This 18’ Bell Tent is tucked away into the trees. A short hike is required to get to this space and you have plenty of privacy. This tent comes standard with a Queen size bed but also has two twin size memory foam mattresses available to set up if you plan to bring the kids! A propane heater is available during colder months for an extra $15/night.

Curly’s Cabin

This single room log cabin overlooks our 35-acre lake and includes an outdoor fire pit, small deck with rocking chairs, indoor fireplace, efficiency kitchen with oven and petite fridge, AND A NEW WATER HEATING SYSTEM!!!!! This cabin is 30-yards from our conference and event center. If we have an event, you will likely see and hear guests and staff coming and going.
