This is a private secluded home surrounded by woods is 12 minutes from downtown Tulsa. It is in essence a new home since all surfaces are new. You will be amazed of the quality of this home. The ceilings are all vaulted which gives it a spacious feeling. It is equipped with a mini-split heat pump in every room for precise temperature control. It has a large gravel drive which allows parking for several vehicles. We have been popular with work crews who have trucks and trailers they need to park

Hill Top Bungalow: Safe, Secure, Secluded

The bungalow is a renovated and professionally decorated two-bedroom, one-bath house with a garage and laundry facilities. The modern kitchen boasts a gas range, fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and essential appliances. Breakfast items are stocked as well. Three TVs with YouTube TV, Prime TV, and Netflix provided by the Host. Bedrooms have a new queen bed and a sofa in the living room for a maximum of 5 guests plus a pack and play for little ones. Enjoy a furnished deck, fire pit.

The Overlook @ Keystone Lake

Great getaway location! You are entirely to yourself. Overlook is "attached to main house...but not "in" main house. Private entrance, no shared spaces. Very private & tranquil space! Relax in a country setting with "to die for" panoramic views from 90 feet above the water. Wildlife galore, including Bald Eagles. Historic garage apartment conveniently located: 5 minute walk from the river park/Arkansas river 15 minute walk to the BOK center 30 minute walk to the Gathering Place 30 minute walk to Guthrie Green 30 minute walk to the Boxyard We park in the garage below, and will need to move our car by 7:45 AM on weekdays.
