The Guesthouse is a 40 minute drive to several wonderful beaches, including beautiful Siesta Key. Other nearby places of interests include UTC Shopping District, Hunsader Farms, TreeUmph and Ellenton Outlet Mall, Myakka State Park, and Celery Fields.

Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake.. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.

We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
