This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

The sandy, walk-in beach is perfect for swimming, kayaking &is ideal for families with small children. 1 mi. from the Broadalbin Boat launch, less than 1 hr to Lake George & Saratoga- enjoy hiking, fishing, horse races, boating and on! Enjoy grilling on the fire table at the beach, relaxing on the deck or by a cozy fire in the firepit!

The cabin sleeps 3 with a queen bed in the loft and futon in the living room room. We have an outdoor fire pit and a wood-burning stove inside. There is access to the lake from the property only a short walk away. We’re located close to Lake George, Saratoga, Glens Falls, and more. The cabin makes a great homebase for exploring the Adirondacks.
