Dot's Place by Sardis Lake is a dedicated vacation rental, ready for your family & friends! This 2,200 sq ft home is set 600 ft off Blackjack Rd, nestled on a 9 acre wooded lot. The 4 roomy bedrooms sleep 8 comfortably - additional guests & pets are possible. The full kitchen was built with entertaining in mind! Dinner and event seating is 20+! Bring the family together for a visit to Sardis Lake, John Kyle State Park, or Mallard Pointe Golf Course. Oxford and FNC Park is just 15 minutes away.

This home is in a convenient location to campus and the Square! It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 downstairs and an IKEA sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has it’s own private bath. It is a super short Uber to the Square or a 1 mile walk. This condo is strictly for renting and not my personal use and I hope you find it to be welcoming and comfortable! If this unit is not available, I have 105 Windstone in the same development! * Please check the City of Oxford for construction updates affecting traffic.*

Stay and Relax with family and friends at our beautiful home. It is located 4 miles from Sardis Lake and 1.4 miles off of I-55. 27 miles from Oxford (Ole Miss), 35 miles from Southaven (ballfields and Tanger Outlet Mall), and 8 miles from Batesville (Wal-Mart). Our home can accommodate 13 people comfortably. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths with a 2 level deck, one covered and one open. Large driveway loop and parking area for multiple boats. Deer and Turkey can be seen regularly in the yard.

Recommended 2-4 people, If you like hunting, fishing, kayaking, this is the spot for you! We have an off-road entrance to Sardis Lake an awesome secluded spot, relax and have fun! Bring your toys! This is a cozy cabin that has 1 queen, 1 full-size trundle bed, 1- couch bed all in one small 418 sqft studio, with very little privacy, perfect for couples or small family!

Country get-away! Only 35 Minutes from Downtown Memphis, TN, yet out in the country on a 62 acre estate. Nature trails through the property allow beautiful, peaceful strolls. There is fishing(in season). A very peaceful place to unplug and take in all that Mother Nature has to offer. We do have Wi-Fi but can be a bit spotty during cloudy weather.
