If you want to experience world class fishing at the beach & off the dock, with all the comforts of home, then this is the place for you. We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. We love to get away & relax in this peaceful setting & love the people/atmosphere in Sargent. We know you will too!

We have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing getaway with family or romantic weekend. The Cottage is located on the water in one of the few no wake zones on the creek. Spend your evenings relaxing on the covered deck or catching your limit in the newly installed fishing lights on the dock. Can't wait to hear how much you love the place!

Enjoy 360degree water views from our home , fishing from our amazing pier, and watching the tug boats, dolphin & plethora of birds pass through. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).
