The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi access (50Mbps), individual air conditioning system, HDTV, Netflix, 24h hot water. This is a bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house, new construction and short walks away from the heart of the historic centre. The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired I can arrange a comfortable transportation from and to the airport 24h / 7days a week at a very low cost. The house is situated in a tranquil and safe neighborhood with mini markets, grocery stores, banks and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes’ walk to Acropolis temple, museum and famous Plaka! The direct metro blue line from Athens International Airport (Kerameikos stop), as well as the green metro line (Thiseio stop) are within walking distance. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired a comfortable transportation from and to the airport/port at a low cost can be arranged 24/7! Ermina's House II

Ermina's House ΙΙ is a comfortable house, 7 minutes walk far from the Hydra's port. It's perfect for people wanting to be close to downtown and the local market. It is suitable for both couples and families as all the facilities, like free wifi and TV are offered. Ermina's house II consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. Last but not least, there is a veranda with a breathtaking view and a blooming garden.

Cute little house in the traditional town of Poros island, located near to the port and close to all the required services (market, food, entertainment). Nina's house was our grandmother's home.It was built in the 19th century. The renovation was done with full respect to all the old elements of the house and tried to preserve the special atmosphere of such a place, simple, but with all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. Crystal clear waters, nice food and nightlife Sea and mountain view. Agistri with its island aura is one of the most sought after destinations as it is a breath away from Athens. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.

The apartment is situated at Neorio Beach and the distance from the port of Poros is 2,5km and 10m from the beach. There is a beautiful view over the sea and the apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is air conditioning units. We provide all the necessary towels and linen.
