Nestled in Hanson Lakes community (16 miles outside of Omaha) our spacious lake house is the perfect escape for couples, families, or small groups looking to relax, recharge, & make lasting memories. CWS visitors welcome! This thoughtfully curated home offers all the comforts you need — with the added magic of lake life. Enjoy coffee on the spacious deck, take the paddle board or kayak out for a paddle, relax on the water in one of our many loungers & enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening.

Each bedroom has a smart TV, blackout shades, fan, bamboo sheets, Serta or Sealy mattress, & an Alexa. The main floor primary suite is very spacious w/ multiple ADA-compliant features & ramps available for front door.

Your stay includes exclusive use of the main house (2 bed/1 bath), separate studio house (1 bed/1 bath), the lake toys (lily pad/kayak/paddleboard), sandy beach and dock. Spend your days swimming & your nights eating smores by 1 of the 2 fire pits (portable fire pit by house or fire ring on the beach) (complimentary fire wood provided). Make yourself at home at Sandy Bottoms Lake House! Recently renovated, waterfront private house which consists of five bedrooms, 3400 sq ft of living space, room to comfortably sleep up to 18 people, a large deck with an intimate third-story deck both looking on to the beach, a walk out patio steps from the sand and water, all nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle & bustle of the busy city, but only a 10 minute drive in to Omaha.

I lived in this loft myself for five months and it's an awesome space. Perfect for someone looking for inspiration or relaxation. We recently added a queen size Murphy bed so it now has two beds.
