Apartamentul este situat ultracentral intr-un imobil rezidențial, cu acces la Parcul Mara, unde copii pot beneficia de un spațiu de joaca special amenajat. Apartamentul dispune de o bucătărie complet utilată, două dormitoare spațioase, două bai si un living generos cu 2 terase orientate către parc si fântânile arteziene. La 3 minute de mers pe jos găsiți o varietate de restaurante si cafenele cat si un supermarket si numeroase magazine alimentare La maxim 30’ se afla numeroase pârtii de ski.

Asculta susurul paraului ce curge langa cabana si bucura-te de natura. Fiind situata intr-un cartier al orasului Baia Mare, la 500m de Lacul Firiza, cabana noastra este perfecta pentru a te relaxa si a explora atractiile turistice din oras sau din Maramuresul istoric. Va asteapta un loc de neuitat intr-unul dintre cele mai frumoase locuri din Romania.
