You’re going to love this location! Only a 5 minute walk to the Broadway area, fantastic pubs & restaurants, clothing stores & access to the river trails. Walk or bike a short distance to the University & downtown. The house is fully stocked with pots & pans, spices, games & cozy blankets for watching movies! In warmer months you’re welcome to enjoy the fully fenced backyard with a sunny deck! NOTE: Pets welcome but not on the beds or furniture. The house is 100 yrs old so floors are creaky!

Located just off Broadway Avenue, this is one of the most lucrative areas of Saskatoon. A short walk will allow you to explore shops, cuisine, pubs, live music, and the beautiful trails along the river. Free parking is available on the street with an extension cord available to plug in when needed on cold nights.

NOTE: There’s no TV but there’s plenty of books and good wifi for streaming - bring your laptop!

This suite is within a bungalow in a charming neighbourhood with great access to amenities. An outdoor pool is two blocks away and grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. A beautiful park is also minutes away. For students, Saskatchewan PolyTech is a ten minute walk. Very centralize location for getting around Saskatoon .
