This 2-BR unit is one of 3 in a quiet building with long-term tenants in the other 2-units. The walk-on beach is lovely, the view is breathtaking, from summer heat to winter storms, it is peaceful, serene and some days the sound of the surf, eagles and herons are all you hear. There are many excursions close by including mountain biking, skiing, fishing, boating and hiking. The Valley is nature personified and Kye Bay is a jewel - the breath of sea air in the morning is exhilarating!

Enjoy a cozy getaway when you stay in our rustic cabin close to the ocean. Originally built in 1910 on skids as a logging cabin that was moved via railway from one logging camp to the next. It is now a fully renovated but still rustic cabin beneath the fir trees with beach access. Location is everything. 2 doors down from Palm Beach park, tennis court and minutes away from Eagle River and many lakes. It is tucked behind our log home. Wifi and smart tv provided. No laundry.

Beautiful 950 sq. ft. oceanfront house overlooking Malaspina Strait and Texada Island. Custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances completed in 2017. Bathroom with a tub/shower and stacked full-size washer/dryer as well. French doors open onto the upper deck with propane grill, and deck furniture. Stairs down to a lower deck where you will find four Adirondack chairs and the beach. A sandy beach is a short walk along Scotch Fir Point Road to the public access.
