Ainutlaatuinen huvila järven rannalla

The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Tapiontupa

Rivitaloasunto 3,5 km Mikkelin keskustasta, Launialan kaupunginosassa. 2 km päässä sijaitsevat Prisma, Citymarket ja muita palveluja. Täällä pääset nauttimaan myös rantaelämästä kaupungin uimarannalle ja uimaan Saimaassa (800 m asunnolta). Voit lämmittää saunan, kylpeä ja grillata omalla suojaisella terassilla. Majoitukseen sisältyvät liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Autokatoksessa on paikka autollesi. Huom! Kesällä -26 talossa tehdään kattoremonttia, mikä aiheuttaa meluhaittaa arkipäivisin 7.30-16.

Talossa kaikki nykyaikaiset mukavuudet, ekstraa helteilläkin pysyy erittäin viileänä. Tule aktiivilomalle tai muuten vain rauhalliselle lomalle luonnon kauniiseen Mäntyharjuun. Allergiakoti, ei eläimiä. Likuntapaikkojen äärellä, keskustaan alle 1km, uimapaikka näköetäisyydellä, Repovesireitistön lähtöpaikalle 300m, Taidekeskus Salmelaan 2,5km. Kiva, kehuttu kohde!

Talo sopii mainiosti perhe-, urheilu- ja työmatkailuun. Imatran keskusta 2,5 km. Lappeenranta 20 min 4-kaistatietä. Suojaisa sisäpiha autoille ja moottoripyörille. Saimaa ja Ukonniemen-Rauhan urheilualueet kylpylöineen sekä useita golf-kenttiä lähellä. Harjula-tilan päärakennus omenapuiden keskellä, viljatilan pihapiirissä. Tila ollut suvun hallussa vuodesta 1950 isoisän evakkomatkan päätyttyä tänne. Vehreässä ja laajassa pihapiirissä sijaitsee myös toinen asuinrakennus, jossa isäntä asuu.

30m2 apartment with Sauna

I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. My own apartment win "Luxury houses of Finland" TV series a few years a go. This Air bnb flat is 32m2 with Sauna, its a quiet place towards of lake Saimaa and only 600m from town center of Lappeenranta. We try to show apartment ourselves and give the key when its possible but we can put key also to Mastelock.

The unique hand carved Villa Salmela is by the beautiful lake Kuolimo. 3 bedrooms with double beds. 2 double beds in an open loft on 3rd floor. Fully equipped open kitchen and a living room with a fireplace and a stunning view to the lake from the house wide balcony. An other living room with a fireplace downstairs in connection of sauna. Two rest rooms and one big bathroom next to sauna. A big all day long sunny, wooden deck with bbq, outdoor dining table and sun loungers. Rowing boat.

Villa Monto d'Oro is an old ranch in the quiet rural Tesjoki area of Loviisa, 1 hour drive from Helsinki. The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.
