The ground floor has 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom , kitchen, lounge/dining room and laundry. Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

A short, level stroll to the centre of Sawtell Village takes you to the beach, cafes, restaurants, clubs & pubs and boutique shopping.
