The end townhouse with direct frontage onto the green beach bush reserve. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and awake to the sound of the birds. This neat two bedroom holiday apartment is located only 100m from the pristine Sawtell beach and a 250m stroll from the trendy Main Street. Guests will enjoy two spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes. Both bedrooms offer a queen bed and single mattress. The open plan kitchen and living offers fully equipped cooking facilities, as well as a lounge area leading on to the elevated balcony overlooking the pool. A short, level stroll to the centre of Sawtell Village takes you to the beach, cafes, restaurants, clubs & pubs and boutique shopping.
