We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring one queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

The apartment is part of our newly built main residence but has a separate entrance & is totally private & self contained. Easy walk to 2 cafes plus Valla Tavern and pharmacy. Nambucca is a 10 minute drive for shopping, cinema, restaurants and Golf. Coffs airport 30 mins away.
