This charming recently modernised two bedroom end-terrace holiday cottage in the centre of the village conservation area sleeps up to four guests. It is perfectly located for exploring the Suffolk Coast, historic sites like Framlingham and Orford Castles, Sutton Hoo and Snape Maltings and is a great area for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers, with the magnificent Minsmere RSPB reserve just 8 miles away. Up to two well behaved pets allowed. Note: there are 2 padded low beams and steep stairs.

The bright spacious living room becomes cosy at night with its large wood-burning stove. And, relax!

Located on a hill top with stunning views, and on the edge of the peaceful village of Sweffling, the towns of Framlingham and Saxmundham are within easy reach. Slightly further afield are the seaside resorts of Aldeburgh and Southwold. Comfortable and cosy accommodation with one bedroom (king size bed), en-suite shower room, kitchen/dinning space, and lounge area. Only suitable for adults.

Snug studio in the idyllic Alde Valley, Suffolk

The Snug is beautifully converted studio, attached to the farmhouse but totally self-contained. Situated in the rural idyll of the Alde River valley in coastal Suffolk, it is handily located for the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere and the coastal attractions of Aldeburgh and Southwold, the concerts at Snape Maltings, and Framlingham castle. Located on a small family farm of 40 acres, there are plenty of dog walking opportunities on local footpaths, surrounded by horses, cattle and ducks.

Harrow Cottage has been converted from a Suffolk cart lodge to create a pretty holiday cottage tucked away in the stunning Suffolk countryside. Carefully restored to preserve the original character of the former cart lodge, Harrow is a semi-detached cottage with lots of natural light, stylish furnishings, cosy living area with a wood-burning stove. We have developed a Prairie garden in part of our garden and guests are welcome to walk through the Prairie which is at its best from May.

Situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, The Carter's Loft is a beautifully presented studio bursting with charm. The popular local pub (White Horse) offers good food and local beer. There are numerous footpaths on the doorstep, a community cafe selling homemade cakes and refreshments (open 10.30 - 12.30 Wed - Thurs, occasional Sundays and some super evening events) plus our local vineyard. We are close to historic Framlingham and within easy reach of the heritage coast.

Locally offers 2 pubs , sweffling & Rendham . & 20 minutes from the delightful coastal town of Aldeburgh .

Surrounded by farmland and fields, it is very quiet and perfect for unwinding those city blues! Within easy driving range of much of the Heritage Coast, Aldeburgh, Snape and Orford, there is plenty to discover in a glorious part of the Suffolk countryside.
