Savor Sea Views at a Sweet Retreat with Heaving Bookshelves

Velcome to our beautiful romantic house with a lush enclosed garden and sea view! This 160 square meter private house is situated in the area Gröndal, on walking distance to hip Södermalm and close to city center. The house has three big bedrooms, all with a sea view; One master bedroom with a queen size bed, balcony and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have one and two beds each. There is a big kitchen with all facilities and a sunny dining room, two living rooms with comfortable couches, one with a big screen TV, DVD and Apple TV. There is one more bathroom in the house equipped with a romantic bathtub. The house has a private parking space and free WiFi. In the garden there is several seating areas for bbq, dining and relaxing. If it is a hot summer day, and you care for a swim, the big lake Mälaren is only 200 m away. The small lake Trekanten with a nice beach for the kids is also very close. The area Gröndal have fantastic parks, cafés and green areas for picnic, and outdoor activities. Gröndal has shops, restaurants and everything you need. Despite the settings, the city center is only 15-20 minutes away with tram and metro. The public transport runs every 5 minutes on working hours and every 10 minutes in evenings. This is a perfect house for excursions in Stockholm for a family or a couple. During your stay you will have acess to the complete house except the basement. You will have the garden on your own. The house is nestled in greenery and water, yet Gröndal is just a short tram ride from the city center. The area is home to great parks, cafes, and green spaces for picnics and outdoor activities and there's a popular bakery a few minutes' walk away. 5 minutes walk to the trams and buses. 10 minutes from the house to shopping mall Liljeholmen, 20 minutes to Stockholm city center. You can also rent bikes in the area.

Feel the spirit of Vilnius old town and let the bells of the Cathedral wake you up in the morning. Luxurious, Scandinavian style penthouse in the very heart of amazing old town of Vilnius. Major attractions of Vilnius are just a couple of steps away. Gediminas Castle and Cathedral square, old town cafes, tranquil park with a quite river are just outside. The apartment is located in one of old town courtyards surrounded by local families. Guest hss access to entire home Constantly, helping my guests any time they need me! The apartment is in the middle of the old town, making it easy to get around. Learn about the city's history by touring Gediminas Castle, head to Cathedral Square and sit in charming cafes and local pubs and do walk through scenic parks to look out across the river. Vilnius is a great city! You are in the middle of Old town, central part of town, all entertainment is around you and in walking, no need of any transportation!. If needed better take an uber or taxify- it is cheap, good to go to airport as well. It will most likely be my mother Rose that will be meeting you and later on waving you good bye! She is a fantastic host, a traveler, former diplomat that has chosen to come back to Lithuania after more then 20 years abroad. She knows all there is to know about literature, history, legens and folklore. Get her a s a guide and a driver and you shall have a memorable trip for the rest of your life! Beautiful luxury 1904 villa, near Stockholm city

A spacious house of high standards, and beautiful architectural details. Two main floors consisting of entrance halls, living rooms, large kitchen, library, and multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house is ideal for one or two families. A large beautiful well-kept garden with fruit trees, berries, and herbs. Several sitting and lounging areas, and a big trampoline for the children. Two main floors of the house plus the attic and the basement where the laundry room is. We will be available on the phone and via the Airbnb App. The villa is situated in Stocksund, a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Stockholm city center. It’s surrounded by water and nature; small swimming lakes, golf courses, jogging tracks and woods. The Mall of Scandinavia is nearby. The house is a 25 minutes drive from Stockholm Arlanda Airport. You can easily catch a train or the subway into the City, they are both located less than 10 minutes walk from our house. The subway will take you into the city center in 15 minutes. From the house you can walk to the sea for a swim or take a bike tour in the surroundings. There is an alarm system in the house for your protection that will have to be operated coming to and leaving the house.
