Serendipity

Serendipity is one of three hand crafted wooden Shepherds Cabins, located on a working farm in the heart of Dalby Forest. (Also please see Serenity and Dahlia Cabins on separate listings.) We're ideally situated just off the popular cycle routes and activity centres. The cozy en-suite cabin features a comfortable king size bed, mini fridge, heating, access to a gas BBQ and continental breakfast. Grooms Cottage is on a private estate right next to the ruins of Sheriff Hutton Castle. The property is in a peaceful setting but only two minutes walk away from the village pub and post office/general store. Our cottage was completely renovated in 2021 and is in a great location for walkers, cyclists, and explorers. It’s about 10 miles from both York and Malton, Castle Howard is under 6 miles away, and the coast can be reached in under an hour. Grooms Cottage sleeps 4 guests+2 babies +dogs

The Courtyard Annexe (Please read all description)

Welcome to the Courtyard Annexe, part of our Georgian house, in the centre of Kirkbymoorside. We are not a self catering unit (no guest kitchen) or a rented second home but a more traditional bed and breakfast. We'll meet you upon arrival and show you to the part of our home that is your own separate, private space. We provide a 'tea and toast' breakfast, whilst other meals can be sourced in town. Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Salt Pan Cottage

Idyllic location in Cloughton. Positioned close to the beautiful coastline and away from the main road in the North York Moors National Park. Ideal for exploring for walkers and cyclists. Cloughton is situated approximately 5 miles north of Scarborough on the Whitby road. Robin Hood's Bay and Ravenscar easily accessible. Seven food serving pubs within 30-40 minutes walk of this stunning location.

Wheatear Cottage on the Yorkshire Wolds

Wheatear Cottage is situated on a beef and arable farm close to Driffield on the stunning Yorkshire Wolds. With beautiful views and lots of places to explore on foot, bike or by car, including the coastal resorts of Bridlington, Scarborough and Filey, this cottage has been renovated to a high standard and is a cosy, friendly place for short breaks or longer stays.
