There is a small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker for your convenience. The attached carport is suitable for a small car, or you can park next to the unit

Welcome to our lovely, fully self -contained studio apartment. Our tropical sanctuary is fresh and clean with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay. We have built our studio in the back yard of our home so that we can specifically host guests. We have a separate entrance for our Airbnb visitors so you can access your home away from home privately. Adjoining the room is a beautiful, tranquil deck area perfect for a relaxing cuppa or wine. There is no smoking allowed.

Torquay is a great area for couples and families with wonderful parks, walking paths and bikeways. It has calm protected beaches, ideal for sailing and fishing and you can also enjoy whale watching and visits to Fraser Island. The kids will love the free water park and botanical gardens. Newly renovated with new kitchen, patio and master bedroom.

Pick up point for Fraser Island and Whale watching tours. Safe swimming beach just across the road with Swimming pool in complex. Short walking distance to shops, restaurants, pub. It is only a leisurely 5 min stroll to the beach, cafes, and a 10 min stroll to the Urangan Pier. This is an older unit with modern furnishings consists of 2 Bedrooms both Airconditioned, fully self-contained Kitchen, Lounge and Dining Room, Bathroom, Toilet, Laundry and Back Deck. Pets are not accepted.
