Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.

Our beautiful bright 2 room apartment offers enough space for 4 people. The area is in an optimal location with many stores & bars. Supermarkets are within walking distance and also the U2 is in 2 minutes. In addition, the Maxvorstadt is an art area with many museums and sights.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has 2 private gardens. The bigger garden comes with a BBQ grill and a dining area. There is a full kitchen, a very comfortable bedroom and a living room with a big couch. The couch can be converted into a bed if needed.
