Direkt ab der Haustüre können Sie zu ausgedehnten Wanderungen aufbrechen und den Naturpark Karwendel erwandern. Die Haller Altstadt erreichen Sie mir dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten sowie die Landeshauptstadt Innsbruck in 30 Minuten.

Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Built and furnished with great attention to detail and natural materials, large terrace, Organic / stone pine sauna, it is 200 meters to the snow-covered ski route (black slope) to Aschau, asphalted mountain road (!), cleared well in winter, leads in approx. 4 km from the valley up to the holiday home, in winter winter tires required, bring snow chains !!
