This meticulously restored 149m², two-storey Victorian villa, built in the late 1890s, offers views of Waitangi Park, Te Papa, and the Royal Port Nicholson Yacht Club. The restoration preserved original features like matai floors, kauri doors, and heart rimu joinery. Lyall Bay - Cosy Cottage

Our cute little cottage is a 2 minute walk to the beach, a beach well known for its waves and surfing. It is a 5 minute drive from Wellington airport, Weta Cave and Wellington CBD. The cottage is a spacious modern 2 bedroom house with a washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen and unlimited WIFI. All linen and towels are provided.

Absolute beachfront. Walk from your guest suite onto the beach. Fully self contained with kitchenette, and seperate bathroom. Gas radiator heating for the cold nights. Outdoor heated shower, kayaks available. Gorgeous sunsets, and fantastic strolls on the beach. We have just added in a spa pool and projector for movies.
