Welcome to my little 8 acre oasis! Being the first farm I’ve ever lived on, I understand the peace and tranquility it can offer those who have never experienced it. Enjoy meeting my horses and mini donkeys, take a walk through my woods, or have a fire! Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. Built in the 1880's, it has a rich history as an original Eden Prairie Homestead, and features a pool, fire pit, tiered fruit and vegetable garden, and five outdoor patios for soaking in the stunning forest views. The Mill House

This historical home was built in 1901, and just 2 blocks off Main St it has a view of the old Mill. Perfect for walking Main St and enjoying all New Prague has to offer. Decorated with pieces from the owner’s collections of art and trains, it’s perfect for couples or a family with one main bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. And to make your stay extra relaxing, there’s an electric fireplace in the main bedroom and a 4 person hot tub outside. You will feel right at home!

Carriage House by Peaceful Hay field

This beautiful carriage house is located next to a historic and unique "Chaska Brick" farmhouse. The second floor of the carriage house has an open area with a bed, couch, chairs, table, and a smart TV (no classic TV service but has all the apps to log into). The wet bar has Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge to keep food cool or warm things up. THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.
