Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Welcome to a true "Pure Michigan" family cottage. With three floors, two common spaces, and 4 bedrooms there is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The 112 feet of sandy lake frontage only a few steps out the back door, fire pit, corn hole game, kayaks, beach toys, and multiple layers of decks are what a Michigan summer is all about. Perfect for sportsmen looking to have a blast, as it is under 10 minutes from the Pere Marquette River, 30 minutes from Lake Michigan, and so much more.

Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Older and modest cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

A lovely century old home located on Ludington Avenue, the main street of beautiful downtown Ludington. Located within walking distance of the beach, marina, shopping, and restaurants. A short drive to many area attractions including the State Park with it’s miles of hiking trails, remote beaches and sand dunes. There are multiple destination golf courses. The nearby Pere Marquette River has world class trout fishing. There is salmon, perch, and lake trout fishing on Lake Michigan.

The property is located on the historic Maple Wood Farm in rural Scottville. Outdoor opportunities located near the house include: Ludington State Park, Bike Trails, Pere Marquette river and many other fishing and outdoor recreation areas.
