The house is spacious with contemporary touches alongside original features. There is off road parking to the side of the property.

There is a downstairs shower room and WC. Three bedrooms. All good-sized. Sleeps 5 The cottage is situated in a quiet residential area just a five min walk to the local pub.

It's only 200 yards to the village where there is a traditional pub serving great food and only a few minutes walk to Weybourne beach. There are some great walks from the house, cycle routes and it's close to Holkham beach and Cromer.

These are within easy walking distance along the sea promenade lined with colourful beach huts. There are four bedrooms which sleep 7 plus a double bedsettee in the sun lounge.

Links Lookout is one of our three 'Norfolk Retreats' situated on the most desirable street in Sheringham. A charming dog friendly cottage boasting dramatic views of the North Norfolk Coast Path and the Champion golf course. With the most beautiful cottage garden at the front and rear provide areas to enjoy the sunshine at any time of the day. Stunning views and the beach is a five minute walk along the path. We have off road parking with an electric charging point.
