This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is great for families and comes with a brand-new golf cart, incredible amenities, and it's situated right across the street from “The Big Chill”! The Prominence community features 2 Resort style pools, outdoor space, outdoor grills, and easy access to the beach.

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away.
