Only 5 mins drive to any Hospital and shops and bus stops are all within 5 min walk. Luxury Queen Bed, built in robes, desk/lounge area, bar fridge. TV and wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchenette with all you need to make a basic meal by using 2 x hot plates and a microwave that turns into a grill and oven. Private entrance with off street parking.

Self contained apartment in Frankston right opposite the beach. Great for a relaxing weekend away, walk, chill and enjoy all that Frankston has to offer. Basic kitchen and outdoor area with a small Weber that you can Bbq on. Lots of walking trails, bike riding paths, visit Mclelland Gallery or The Mornington Peninsula Wineries. There’s something for everyone in Frankston. The apartment is below our main residence, you have your own access down the side of the house and complete privacy.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

The apartment is situated on a private Lake. You have access to the beach and lake and can also go for a swim. Great Pub and many other restaurants and lots off takeaways in walking distance. (5 – 10 minutes) Many shops just around the corner. Bus-station 2 minutes. Closest Train station is around 20 minutes walking distance in Carrum. Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.

Kitchen has No cooker but have facilities such as microwave, toaster , fridge &coffee machine

The Little House - 1 Queen bed, Netflix, Wi-Fi

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.

A ten minute walk to Seaford Station and village, enjoy walks on the trail network or with your toes in the sand! Close to wineries and surf beaches!
