Seaview Stay is cliff top escape with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Enjoy the wonderful sunset and sunrise in this comfortable stylish 1 bedroom annex with your own terrace and private access. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Very close to the Iconic View/Coastguards Cottages/ Cuckmere Haven/Seven Sisters/Seaford Head/Beach. Breakfast included. Paradise for walkers/cyclists & those who want peace & quiet. Our road is quiet almost silent except for sheep, cows & seagulls! Garden room has king size OR 2 singles -shower room & heating. Tea/coffee/Courtyard space, bistro seating. Woodlands cabin is set in a peaceful garden surrounded by conifer trees and singing birds with a private and secluded patio area.The cabin is adjacent to the property but still maintains its privacy. The Cabin is a relaxing space positioned on the edge of the south downs where you will find an abundance of scenic walks, a forest and bathing beaches with spectacular sunsets nearby. The Seven Sisters Cliff tops are just a 15 minute walk away tourist spots. One well behaved dog is welcome £10

'What Knot' is a converted carriage house. It is self contained and set in a pretty country garden tucked away in the medieval village of Alfriston in the Cuckmere Valley. It has a sitting room and kitchen on the ground floor, bedroom with king size bed and small shower room in the eaves on the first floor. It's perfect for couples wanting a peaceful break, visitors to Glyndebourne or walkers/cyclists to rest after a long day on the South Downs! 'What Knot' is 100m from the South Downs Way.

My house has been described as light and "cosy". It is filled with books, art and interesting things - it is very much a home from home, and not a holiday let. In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny flint walled garden. Nestled within the South Downs National Park this medieval village has independent and quirky shops, lots of choices of where to eat. Walks to enjoy - nearby is the sea, forest, vineyards, Downs or riverside. London 2 hours by car, 90 mins by train.

The property has two large bedrooms, the master has a king size bed and 2 singles in the second bedroom. All beds have memory foam mattresses. The living room is stylish and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook. There is a small but spacious private section of the back garden where you sit and relax. Or sit in the front and watch the world go by.
