The Garden Studio is a Detached purpose built contemporary CABIN tucked away in our garden (we can't see you) within about 15 mins level riverside walk through a park to shops, esplanade and the sea. Private deck and lawn space, which is a mass of bluebells and daffodils in the spring. Lovely bed Linen and superb white towels by Dusk. Lovely rural walks within 2/300 yards. Stay in our refurbed first floor, small one bed flat in the peaceful Cultural Quarter in Seaton on the beautiful East Devon coast. The flat is comfortably furnished and suitable for 2 plus 2 and a well-behaved dog! A double bed in the bedroom and a small sofa bed in the lounge/diner for additional sleeping. A five minute walk from the beach & a paid-for parking permit is provided in a nearby car park a couple of minutes away. Great access to the SW Coast Path and the fab Devon/Dorset coast!

The Annexe, Seaton - home from home accommodation

This beautifully presented property has outstanding views of the sea and the Axe valley and is perfect for a holiday base to visit Seaton, Beer and the surrounding area. PLEASE NOTE:- The price per night is for short breaks. A discount is offered for 7 night or more stay The annexe is adjoined to the owners' main property, and is totally self contained. It has gas fired central heating and is situated in a private road on the west side of Seaton and has the advantage of off road parking.

It is on the doorstep of the South West coastal path with stunning views and walks across to Seaton and Branscombe. Visit Beer Caves or Pecorama or hop on the bus to Seaton or Sidmouth. Beer is a quaint fishing village with lots to offer, a hidden little gem.

This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.

A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.

Porthole is a unique place in the quiet central part of Seaton situated on Cross Street adjacent to a lovely little park only a short distance from the Beach Newly refurbished, the property is on the second floor with a stunning view over the town to the sea. Passaflora coffee shop is on the ground floor and the town`s Supermarkets, Pubs and Restaurants are a stones throw away. Seatons Tramway is a five minute walk taking you on a rail journey along the River Axe
